Corner 103 now offering wine and cheese pairing experience
We have just started a new wine and cheese experience this month! The experience is similar to our food pairing, where we pair 6 wines with different cheeses and a variety of toppings. We have partnered with local Sonoma cheese producer, Vella Cheese Company, who has been hand-crafting award-winning cheeses since 1931! This experience showcases how wine and cheese work together and how flavor profiles change with each bite.
The menu includes the following pairings, with a second bite of each cheese including a unique topping:
Sonoma Coast Chardonnay – Italian Style Table Cheese
Russian River Valley Pinot Noir – California Daisy Cheddar
Dry Creek Valley Zinfandel – Asiago
Alexander Valley Merlot – Oro Secco
