If you love bacon, you must attend our Bacon Lover’s Lunch. It will be held on Sunday, August 3rd at The Girl & the Fig’s Suite D located at 21800 Schellville Road, Sonoma, CA, 95476. Their talented team will create a five-course lunch, all of which will feature bacon, that will tantilize your palet! Each course will be paired with a Corner 103 award winning wine and will express the unique flavors of Bacon. If you love bacon, you don’t want to miss this event!
Menu:
First Course – Fried Green Tomato, Bacon Aioli, Corn Relish paired with Pinot Noir
Second Course – Bacon-Cured Salmon Rillettes, Sourdough Crostini, Pickled Onions paired with Zinfandel
Third Course – Crispy Pork Belly, Grilled Little Gem, Casesar, Heirloom Tomatoes, Bacon Fat Bread Crumbs paired with Malbec
Fourth Course – Bacon Cordon Bleu, Creme Fraiche Smashes Potatoes, English Peas, Peppercorn Cream Sauce paired with Cabernet Sauvignon
Dessert – Bacon & Apple Crispy, Bourbon Caramel paired with Zinfandel
