First Course – Roasted delicata squash, milk chocolate & brown butter emulsion, pumpkin seeds, sherry vinegar (2023 Carneros Chardonnay)

Second Course – Endive & burrata, cocoa nib bagna cauda, chocolate hazelnuts (2023 Carneros Pinot Noir)

Third Course – Cocoa butter–poached cod, salsify purée, preserved lemon, chervil (2024 Sonoma Valley Sauvignon Blanc)

Fourth Course – Cocoa-rubbed pork collar, celery root gratin, apple cider jus (2022 Sonoma Mountain Syrah)

Fifth Course – Black and white panna cotta, vanilla sponge cake, chocolate curls, olive oil (2021 Sonoma Valley Zinfandel)
