  • 1 Medium Onion, diced
  • 1 lb Dried Great Northern Beans, Soaked For 2 Hours
  • 4 Thyme Sprigs
  • 1 Quart Chicken Stock
  • 10 Cloves of Garlic
  • 4 Duck Leg Confit
  • 3/4 lb Diced Sausage
  • 4 ozs Diced Bacon
  • 2 cups Coarse Bread Crumbs
  • 2 tbsps Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Quarts Water
