An easy end of summer drink highlighting Corner 103’s Sparkling Rosé

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup grapefruit or passion fruit juice, chilled
- 1/4 cup Aperol
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 4 teaspoons sugar
- 1 750ml bottle of NV Sparkling Rosé (Corner 103), chilled
- Ruby red grapefruit wedges
Directions
Whisk grapefruit or passion fruit juice, Aperol, lime juice, and sugar in a large pitcher until sugar is dissolved. Stir in Sparkling Rosé.
Serve in a large ice-filled wine glass. Garnish with a grapefruit wedge
