Muddle cucumber slices in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and remaining ingredients except Corner 103 Sparkling wine. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Top with Corner 103 Sparkling Rose. Enjoy!

- 1/2 oz Strawberry Puree
- 1/4 oz Lemon Juice
- 1/4 oz Simple Syrup
- 1 oz Corner 103 Sparkling Rose
- 2 Cucumber Slices
