Interactive Cooking Demo – Flat Iron Steak with Frites and Truffle & Caramelized Onion Jam

Since you can’t come us, we are coming to you live via zoom! We are partnering with the chefs from Bay Area-based, Truffle Shuffle, to bring our Wine Society members a unique interactive cooking demonstration as our first exclusive event of the year. These Michelin Star trained chefs will take you step-by-step through preparing a dinner for two of Flat Iron Steak with Frites, and truffle with caramelized onion jam.

Ahead of the event, you will be sent a kit that includes 2 Flat Iron Steaks and all of the other ingredients needed to create your dish. No shopping necessary! On April 24, log in to the Zoom link to be coached, in real-time, all of the steps from start to plate.
