We are excited to announce our amazing Lobster Lunch will be held on Sunday, May 19th at noon! Once again, the talented team at the Girl & the Fig’s Suite D will prepare a five-course lunch, four of which will feature Lobster prepared four different ways! Each course will be paired with Corner 103’s award winning wines and will express the unique flavors of Lobster. This is an event not to be missed!
Menu:
First Course – Lobster Carpaccio paired with Sauvignon Blanc
Second Course – Lobster Custard/Chawanmushi paired with Chardonnay
Third Course – Lobster & Spinach Tart paired with Marsanne/Roussanne
Fourth Course – Brown Butter Lobster paired with Pinot Noir
Dessert – Meyer Lemon Pavlova paired with Sparkling Rose
The cost for this amazing lunch is $150 for non-members and $120 for members.
